Anny, originally from Nicaragua and raised in Miami, is a dynamic force at South Shore Marketing. She began her journey with the company in January 2023 as a sales representative and, through her dedication and passion, quickly ascended to the role of Head Administrator, showcasing her versatility and leadership skills. Guided by her favorite quote, "Surround yourself with people who want to see you win," she embodies a positive and inspiring presence committed to success and growth.

Originally from Texas, Colten attended college at East Texas Baptist University, where he obtained his degree in Business Management. Following his passion right out of college, Colten dove into the marketing field and hasn't looked back! With his passion for Marketing and his love of scuba diving and the outdoors, he decided to lead the Florida expansion. Colten's number one priority is investing his time into his team to help them achieve their goals and dreams. Colten started South Shore in Fort Myers in 2019. He is now operating the Miami division with plans of further expansion into the Florida territories!

Valeria was born and raised in Cape Coral, FL. She recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in December 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Any chance she gets she is traveling, trying new things, meeting new people, or reading. She joined South Shore on July 13th, 2020. Valeria loves it because of the amount of growth that can happen here. The positive atmosphere of the company is contagious. Her favorite quote is, “the better I get, the more luck I seem to have.”

Eveliz is Panamanian and grew up in Fayetteville, NC. She got her BBA in Accounting in 2016 and joined the South Shore team in October 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and going on new adventures. Her favorite things about South Shore are that she has the opportunity to grow, receives continuous mentorship, and has gained lifelong friendships. She is always encouraged to think big and chase her wildest dreams. Her favorite quote is "Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable"

Joseph, who started with the company in May 2023, has consistently demonstrated excellence as a top sales representative. His dedication, integrity, and strong work ethic have earned him a reputation. His ability to quickly connect with clients and drive results made him a standout performer. Now serving as a Market Manager, Joseph continues to inspire his team with his leadership and vision. His Cuban and Colombian heritage brings a unique and valuable perspective to his work. His favorite quote, "Trust that this ending will lead you to a beautiful beginning," reflects his optimistic and forward-thinking mindset. Joseph is a remarkable professional and a role model, serving as a motivator for those around him and inspiring us all.

Poseidon was born in West Palm, Florida, on December 22, 2019, and relocated to Fort Myers. Since starting with the business, he has been a critical contributor to the culture and positive atmosphere here at South Shore Marketing. Poseidon enjoys long naps, exercising with his pals, and swimming at the local beach. "I love being South Shore's mascot! My goal is to be the best mascot that ever lived!" -Poseidon

Originally from Miami, Florida, Analay Martinez brings both warmth and professionalism to her role as Administrative Assistant. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and has prior experience in administrative roles, which has prepared her to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Since joining the company in December 2023, Analay has been a valuable team member, known for her dedication and uplifting presence.

Outside of work, Analay enjoys traveling and exploring new places, always seeking new experiences that fuel her personal growth. What she appreciates most about the company is its commitment to development and the positive, supportive culture. Her favorite quote, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,” reflects the mindset she brings to the office each day.

Analay is inspired by the opportunity to grow alongside friends and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. Her values—family, integrity, and continuous self-improvement—guide her both professionally and personally.

Originally from Miami, Nickolas Oramas-Pereira brings a sharp analytical mind and a strong work ethic to his role as Administrative Assistant. He graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Economics and a minor in Marketing, equipping him with a deep understanding of business strategy and organizational dynamics.

Before joining the company in September 2024, Nickolas worked as a Market Analyst, where he developed the skills and attention to detail that now support the team's daily operations. What he finds most inspiring about his role is witnessing the growth of the organization and the lives that change for the better through being part of it.

Outside of work, Nickolas enjoys playing golf as a way to relax and recharge. His drive comes from a commitment to constant self-improvement and a desire to provide the best life for himself and his family. His favorite quote, “It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light” by Aristotle, reflects his perspective on perseverance and positivity.

Originally from Cuba, Isabela Coronado joined the company in July 2023 with a strong desire to grow and lead by example. Though she didn’t attend college, Isabela brings a powerful mix of drive, dedication, and a deep passion for helping others succeed. Her past experience may not include formal credentials, but her results speak for themselves—she’s committed to creating impact through hard work and a people-first mindset.

In her free time, Isabela enjoys walking and exploring new destinations, always looking for fresh inspiration and perspective. What she values most about the company is its uplifting environment and the clear path for growth. For her, the most inspiring part of the job is witnessing the development of the individuals she helps bring into the business—watching them evolve into confident entrepreneurs.
